Academic Outreach, Instructor
Born in Siena, Andrea attended the University of Siena, where he earned a BA in Literary and Philosophical Studies. While still a student, he began working as a journalist in Siena and obtained his journalist license in 2020. Following this experience, he decided to pursue an MA in Linguistic and Intercultural Communication at the University for Foreigners of Siena, and at the same time began teaching at SIS. He then taught Italian in the United States and the Czech Republic as well. Today, Andrea focuses on building strong relationships with partner universities and developing educational programs tailored to their needs. He also occasionally travels to Brussels, where SIS runs a twin program, to teach a course on reflective writing.
